These Terms of Sale apply when you purchase digital products or subscriptions from MENiAC Oy (“MENiAC”, “we”, “us”) through meniac.tech/account or linked checkout pages. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms and to our End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Digital products

All products sold here are digital goods: software downloads, online application access, and/or license keys delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically. Access is granted to your MENiAC Account after successful payment (or completion of a €0 checkout when a valid promotion code is applied).

2. Try before you buy

Hardware, operating system, and workflow compatibility vary between installations. You are responsible for confirming that a product works on your systems as intended before purchasing.

  • IonFrame — use the free trial or beta access where offered.
  • MENiAC Air — review supported hardware (e.g. DeckLink, NDI) and system requirements on the product page; verify your environment before subscribing.
  • MENiAC's 3D Template — review requirements and example content on the product page before buying.

We strongly recommend using any free trial, beta, demo, or evaluation option before paying. Purchase confirms that you have had adequate opportunity to assess suitability.

3. No refunds

Because delivery is immediate and digital, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for:

  • change of mind;
  • compatibility issues with your hardware, drivers, or third-party software;
  • failure to test the product beforehand when a trial or evaluation was available;
  • unused subscription time after cancellation;
  • promotional or discounted purchases (including 100% discount codes).

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law (including Finnish and EU consumer protection law where they apply).

4. Subscriptions

Recurring products (IonFrame, MENiAC Air) renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel via the Stripe billing portal linked from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Cancelled periods are not refunded.

MENiAC Air seat quantity may be changed on an active subscription; increases are charged immediately (prorated). Decreases take effect according to Stripe billing rules and do not entitle you to a refund for seats already paid.

5. One-time purchases

One-time products (e.g. MENiAC's 3D Template) grant a perpetual license to the purchased version as described in the EULA, tied to your MENiAC Account. The download remains available while your account and our service exist.

6. Account and payment

Purchases require a MENiAC Account. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable VAT. You are responsible for providing a valid email address for receipts and service communication.
